By nature, humans are more negative than positive so having a program or initiative in place to support and promote a positive culture is essential for success & well-being. The nonegativityzone is our simple way to achieve this! There are no benefits to negativity or dwelling on the negative. Create & Promote a positive environment. Catch someone being positive and let them know it – reward them. Always have a reminder around to block out negativity and stay positive – bpositive. This is the core of what the “nonegativityzone” is – and it’s contagious! Make your environment a nonegativityzone!
1.CREATE – We will guide you through the process of creating the program which is tailored to fit your needs and budget. This includes the materials to introduce, maintain & reward.
2.PROMOTE – Promote the brand. This is where we use items like banners, t-shirts, mugs, hats, lawn signs, printed material, etc., to promote the program. These items are built and customized around your specific needs & budget. Some ideas include but are not limited to
a. Banners or signs strategically placed
b. Mugs displayed on desks
c. T-shirts customized with the nonegativityzone brand & your logo/name to kick-off the program. Everyone loves t-shirts and it’s a great way to promote & show awareness

3.REMIND – The program is built around making everyone aware and consistently reminding them to be positive and block out negativity. The more you remind and keep the message in front of everyone the more it becomes a part of the culture or environment. Reminders can be achieved with any of the ways listed above. Remember, one of the best ways to remind is simply to verbally communicate. Catch someone being positive, doing the right things, being part of the solution-not the problem, and tell them. Tell everyone. Couple this with the physical reminders and rewards and you are creating the nonegativityzone environment.
4.REWARD – Rewarding someone for being positive, having outstanding morale, participating, etc., is icing on the cake. It is what keeps the program/initiative alive. It is what sustains and helps change the environment into a positive culture and nonegativityzone. It is what shows and reinforces the fact that the organization cares about its people and its environment.
